Terms of Service

1. Subscription & Billing

ReferralRocket is a subscription service billed at $9.99 per month. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription continues until you cancel it. All billing is handled securely through our payment processor.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, partial months, or unused time. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use ReferralRocket. Once charged, that month’s fee is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then. It is your responsibility to cancel; we do not process retroactive cancellations or refunds for forgotten subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use

ReferralRocket is designed exclusively for individual job seekers to organize their job search and share their target company list with their personal network. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the ReferralRocket platform
• Resell, redistribute, or republish any data or content from the service
• Use the service for any purpose other than your own personal job search
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another person’s privacy
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

5. Account Termination

ReferralRocket reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in abusive behavior, or uses the platform in a way that harms other users or the service. If your account is terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

ReferralRocket provides tools to help you organize and share your job search. We do not guarantee that you will receive referrals, interviews, or job offers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of company information, the behavior of other users, or the outcomes of any introductions made through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReferralRocket and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of ReferralRocket after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
